- Summary
-
How did the world develop after Noah’s flood? Dr. Martin tells the exciting story of how the oldest world civilizations got their start.
Instructor: Christopher Martin, PhD
Course Description: This course traces the development of ancient civilizations (and peoples) in four regions of the world, tracking their emergence in prehistoric times up through their approximate entry into more common narratives of history. This includes Mesapotamia/Sumeria, the first and most ancient Egyptian kingdoms, the Gupta Empire in India, and China up through the Ming Dynasty. This course contains optional/bonus material in the history of the Ancient Americas.
OUR PRAYER BEFORE CLASS MEETINGS:
Grant me the grace, O merciful God,
to desire ardently all that is pleasing to Thee,
to examine it prudently,
to acknowledge it truthfully,
and to accomplish it perfectly,
for the praise and glory of Thy name.
Amen. None to purchase. All course materials are provided by the instructor.
