Multiple students per family: In live classes, siblings can watch the sessions and complete the automated quizzes. However, only enrolled students may log in to class, talk on microphone, share work on camera, and submit and receive teacher grading on select assignments. To receive teacher grading for additional students, enroll each additional student independently.

About Jackie de Laveaga

Jackie de Laveaga is the Grade School Program Developer and instructor for the 4-year Grade School Multi-Subject Unity Study series at Homeschool Connections.

She has also developed grade school, middle school, and high school courses in literature, creative writing, and art. Mrs. de Laveaga holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Secondary Education and a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Language Arts Instruction.

Her career includes fifteen years of online course development and instruction in writing, journalism, and humanities, as well as more than thirty years of teaching live-in-person courses in literature, history, composition, and drama to students of all ages.

Mrs. de Laveaga and her husband have five children and five grandchildren. They live in Arizona.

Jaydalia Dunne is a homeschooling mother of four children, the eldest studying engineering at university. Originally from NYC and New Jersey, she lives in Pennsylvania with her family. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Economics at St Joseph’s University and studied a semester abroad at St Louis University in Madrid, Spain. She work for a year for an international bank in Manhattan and for a software reseller in New Jersey before getting married and having a family. She has enjoyed years teaching at a homeschool cooperative.
