About Emily Henry
Emily Henry is an alumna of Hillsdale College and teaches Latin and literature.
Over the last decade, she has built a thriving, successful online Latin program for homeschooling families. Mrs. Henry’s goal is to make Latin accessible for students of all backgrounds, whether they have had prior experience with the language or are beginners.
Her approach to teaching Latin is unique because it blends the best of both immersion-based learning and rote memorization. This method of instruction has led to her online program winning the 2024 Practical Homeschooling i-Learn Award for Latin. Studying Latin with Mrs. Henry will enhance students’ ability to think critically, problem-solve, and become proficient in both Latin and Literature.
Emotions are contagious, and you can't help but catch the joy of learning Latin and literature in Mrs. Henry's classroom.
